Die Z\u00fcrcher erreichten die tiefsten Mittelwerte der gesamten Deutschschweiz.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 6pt\">Einerseits ist dieses Ergebnis nicht \u00fcberraschend, denn schliesslich betr\u00e4gt der W\u00e4hleranteil der SVP im Kanton Schaffhausen fast 40 Prozent im Vergleich zu 33,9 Prozent im Kanton Z\u00fcrich. Schaffhausen ist eben ein l\u00e4ndlicher Kanton, und auch im Schulwesen herrschen noch normale Verh\u00e4ltnisse. Es wird gelehrt und gelernt statt experimentiert. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.weltwoche.ch\/ausgaben\/2006-18\/artikel-2006-18-volksschullehrer-hoert-das-banale.html\">F\u00fcr Kuschelp\u00e4dagogik und zahllose Versuchsreihen einer ausser Rand und Band geratenen Bildungsb\u00fcrokratie<\/a> bleibt kaum Platz.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 6pt\">Auf den zweiten Blick ist das Resultat dennoch erstaunlich, denn es macht klar, dass die freisinnig-sozialdemokratische Bildungspolitik punkto Qualit\u00e4t versagt \u2013 und das trotz enorm hoher Kosten. Brauchbares Zahlenmaterial ist nur wenig vorhanden, oder es wird unter Verschluss gehalten. (\u201eMan kann nicht vergleichen, denn bei einigen Gemeinden ist der Abwart mitgerechnet\u201c.) Doch nur schon ein oberfl\u00e4chlicher Blick in die <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bfs.admin.ch\/bfs\/portal\/de\/index\/themen\/18\/22\/publ.Document.103968.pdf\">Bildungsstatistik 2005<\/a> (neuere Zahlen sind von unserer Verwaltung, deren Kernkompetenz das Wachsen ist, nicht zu erhalten.) macht deutlich, dass Schaffhausen mit deutlich weniger Geld pro Sch\u00fcler deutlich bessere Resultate erzielt.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 6pt\">Die hilflos wirkende Entschuldigung seitens der Bildungsdirektion, Z\u00fcrich sei darum so schlecht, weil es am meisten fremdsprachige Kinder habe, ist geradezu grotesk. Das Fremdsprachen-Problem besteht zwar tats\u00e4chlich und wird insbesondere von der SVP seit Jahren angeprangert, doch gerade die sozialdemokratische Bildungsdirektorin und ihre internationalistischen Freunde wehren sich gegen jede Abhilfe.
