\tmso-pagination:widow-orphan; \tfont-size:10.0pt; \tfont-family:\"Times New Roman\";} <\/style>\n\n <![endif]--><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 6pt\">Wenn der Pr\u00e4sident einer grossen Schweizer Partei behauptet, es grenze an Korruption, wenn eine Bank nur bestimmten Parteien finanzielle Unterst\u00fctzung zukommen lasse, dann stellt sich nur eine Frage: \u201eHat der Mann noch alle Tassen im Schrank?\u201c<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p><o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 6pt\">Cavelty nimmt hingegen kritiklos die absurde Argumentation des Genossen Parteivorsitzenden auf, der sich daran st\u00f6rt, dass ein G\u00f6nner anhand des Abstimmungsverhaltens (und damit des Programms) entscheidet, wen er unterst\u00fctzen will. Ja was soll denn der Massstab sein? Etwa die Sch\u00f6nheit des Parteilogos oder die Augenfarbe der Telefonistin auf dem Parteisekretariat?<u2:p><\/u2:p><o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 6pt\">Nehmen wir an, eine Bank w\u00fcrde die SP finanziell unterst\u00fctzen. Also die Partei, die seit Jahren den Finanzplatz schlecht redet, einen Jean Ziegler in ihren Reihen hat und Banken praktisch als kriminelle Organisationen betrachtet. M\u00fcsste man da nicht von einem schweren Fall von Masochismus sprechen? Es gibt ganz einfach keinen Grund, weshalb jemand der eine prosperierende Wirtschaft will, der SP Geld geben sollte. Mit Korruption hat das nichts zu tun, wohl aber mit dem sinnvollen Einsatz der Mittel.<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 6pt\">Schliesslich kann auch der schwerwiegende Vorwurf der Korruption nicht einfach im Raum stehen gelassen werden. Die Einschr\u00e4nkung, dass es bloss an Korruption \u201egrenze\u201c, relativiert nur wenig und soll wohl vor allem vor einer Verleumdungsklage sch\u00fctzen. Cavelty weiss genau, dass immer ein Teil des geworfenen Drecks haften bleibt. Die Absicht ist klar. Der Vorwurf zielt aber auch relativiert ins Leere, denn im strafrechtlichen Sinn \u2013 und nur dieser ist letztlich relevant \u2013 k\u00f6nnen nur&#8230; <o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 6pt\">&#8211; Mitglieder einer richterlichen oder anderen Beh\u00f6rde<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 6pt\">&#8211; Beamte<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 6pt\">&#8211; amtlich bestellte Sachverst\u00e4ndige<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 6pt\">&#8211; \u00dcbersetzer oder Dolmetscher<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 6pt\">&#8211; Schiedsrichter<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 6pt\">&#8211; oder Angeh\u00f6rige der Armee&#8230;<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 6pt\">bestochen werden. Und auch dies nur, wenn es um die Einflussnahme auf deren amtliche T\u00e4tigkeit geht.<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 6pt\">Auf Parteien trifft nichts von all dem zu. Literaturkritiker Cavelty k\u00fcmmern solche \u00dcberlegungen nat\u00fcrlich nicht. Er will moralisieren.
